Terms of Reservations:

To make a reservation, email us at: info@adventureperutours.com/reservas@adventureperutours.com with your request and include all the following information: full name, nationality, occupation, passport number, date of birth. You can also submit your request by calling us on Skype, where a highly trained staff member will assist you. Reservations will be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the amount indicated in each tour by WESTERN UNION www.westernunion.com, and 50% must be paid at least two (2) days prior to the date of service. Any additional requests must be made in advance so we can take appropriate action.

Cancellations:
Adventure Peru Tours would like to inform you about our cancellation policy:

You may cancel the majority of our trips up to ten (10) days before departure. Any cancellation within ten (10) days of the trip will result in a loss of your deposit.

If you cancel or change the date of an Inca Trail trip, you must do so two (2) months ahead of the departure date. This is due to the Inca Trail regulations and reservations policy where we must purchase trail permits and train tickets far in advance. According to INRENA, the governmental agency regulating traffic on the Inca Trail, if you cancel in less than two (2) months from the departure date, you will not receive any refund. You may be able to use part of your deposit and apply it toward another tour with Adventure Peru Tours.
