Itinerary:

Day 1: Airport - Hotel in Lima
Pick up from international airport Jorge Chavez, Lima and transfer to selected hotel. Rest of the day free to rest.

Day 2: Lima City tour / Pisco Reserve of Paracas
Early breakfast before we start our tour of Lima visiting the most important tourist sights: The Cathedral, San Francisco Convent, Santo Domingo Convent, Government Palace, the same modern Lima with its impotents of Miraflores, San Isidro and their beautiful beaches. At 2pm we will take our first class bus to Paracas (duration three hours). Pick up and transfer to selected hotel.

Day 3: Ballesta Islands / Ica Vinyedos / Huacachina Lagoon
Después del desayuno, se visita la zona más importante de este Lugar, Las Islas Ballestas; se embarca en un yate a motor acompañado por un grupo de turistas y el guía, se visita la Isla en el cual se aprecian Lobos Marinos, los pingüinos de Humboldt, delfines, y más de 200 especies de aves migratorias en un viaje de 2 horas; retorno. Y después se continúa con el viaje a la ciudad de ICA (406msnl), 45 minutos al sur; de Pisco conocida por sus grandes productores de vinos y el famoso Pisco Peruano. Dependiendo el tiempo se visita los viñedos artesanales, la Laguna de Huacachina, finalmente se hará un viaje de mucha adrenalina como los carros areneros y el famoso sunboarding, para apreciar el bello atardecer en el desierto Iqueño. Alojamiento.

Day 4: Nazca / Nazca City tour
After breakfast we will take our private transport from Ica to Nazca City (588 m). We will make stops along the way to see the most touristic attractions. After two hours we will finally arrive to Nazca and settle into our hotel. In the afternoon we will start our tour of the most touristic attractions of the city such as the Chauchilla Cemetery, artisanal ceramics processes, gold artisanal fabrics amongst others. Accommodation.

Day 5: Nazca / Arequipa
After an early breakfast we will be taken to the local airport to take a flight over the Nazca Lines. The flight will last 40 minutes and we will be able to appreciate the enigmatic lines in all of their magnitude. After the flight we will return to our hotel and have the whole afternoon free for shopping. At 10pm we will board our comfortable tourist bus to travel for 10 hours to the city of Arequipa.

Day 6: Arequipa / City Tour
Upon arrival to Arequipa (3259m) we will be met and transferred to our selected hotel. Free morning. After having lunch at 2pm we will start our city tour visiting the main tourist attractions of the city such as the Cathedral and the Santa Catalina Monastery amongst others. At 6.30pm we will arrive back to the hotel and have a briefing regarding the next day activities.

Day 7: Arequipa / Colca Canyon Chivay
After breakfast at 7.30am we will head off towards the Colca Valley for approx 4 hours in a tourist bus. We will have the opportunity to appreciate beautiful landscapes such as the Misti volcano, the Chachani, and the habitat of the vicunyas in the zone. After ascending to 4,600 meters we will start our descent arriving to the district of Chivay (3700 m). Here we will take lunch. Accommodation in selected hotel and the rest of the afternoon we will have free. Optional visit to the Calera thermal baths located 2 kms from Chivay town.

Day 8: Chivay / Mirador del Condor / Arequipa
After a 5.45am breakfast we will continue through the Colca Valley (3587 m). After a two hour hike we will have the opportunity to appreciate beautiful landscapes and we will arrive to Cabanaconde, then the Mirador del Condor where we will experience a magnificent view of the Canyon and if we are lucky the spectacular flight of the condor. After enjoying this marvellous place we will return to Chivay. After lunch in Chivay we will head back towards Arequipa arriving at 5.30pm. Overnight in a hotel. Briefing regarding your trip to Cusco.

Day 9: Arequipa / Flight to Cusco / City Tour
Early transfer to Arequipa airport and flight to Cusco (3399 m). Upon arrival we will be met and transferred to our selected hotel. We arrive to a welcome cup of coca tea. Morning free to acclimatise to the altitude. At 1.30pm we will start our city tour visiting the most touristic attractions of the city: The Cathedral, the museum of Koricancha, and the Inca ruins of Sachsayhuaman, Qenko, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. We return to the hotel at 6.30pm.

Day 10: Sacred Valley Excursion / Cusco
Around 8.30am we will be collected from the hotel (or in indicated place) in order to start our tour of the Sacred Valley. We start off in Pisaq (2950m). During the trip we get the chance to visit many places of interest such as Corao market and special look out points in the Valley. Upon arrival to Pisaq we will visit the central market (it is also possible to visit the ruins of the same name). We will then continue through the Valley passing through the annexes of Calca and Lamay until we reach Urubamba (2871m) where we will enjoy a pleasant buffet lunch in a typical tourist restaurant. We will then continue through the Sacred Valley until we reach the Inca Ruins of Ollantaytambo (2792m). Here we get a chance to visit the Arqueological Park accompanied by our guide. Finally we will start heading back to Cusco stopping in Chincheros (3780 m) where we will visit the colonial church and also the indigenous market. We arrive back to Cusco around 7pm.

Day 11: Cusco / Aguas Calientes
At 6.30am we will be picked up from the hotel in private transport and taken to the train station. From here will travel approx 3 ½ hours until we reach the town of Aguas Calientes (2350 m) (Machu Picchu). Upon arrival we will be mat and transferred to our hotel. Optional afternoon hike to the highest hill of the zone: Putucusi (2457 m). From this point we can appreciate an impressive view of Machu Picchu (2400 m) and its valley surrounded by impressive mountains. Accommodation.

Day 12: Machu Picchu / Cusco
Early around 540am we will take our bus up to Machu Picchu (30 minutes). Upon arrival to the ruins we will have a guided tour for approx 2 hours visiting the most important sites of Machu Picchu. Afterwards we will have time to maybe climb up the second mountain of Wayna Picchu (20 m). Please note that we have to be in Aguas Calientes at least half an hour before our train departs. Arrival to Cusco around 9.30pm and transfer to our hotel.

Day 13: Cusco / Puno
At the indicated time we will be transferred to the bus terminal and take the tourist bus to Puno (3810 m). Along the way we will be making stops to visit touristic sights. The bus includes a guide and personalised service on board as well as a buffet lunch. Upon arrival to the city we will be met and transferred to the hotel. Briefing about the next day’s activities.

Day 14: Uros Islands / Amantani Puno
This tour starts at 7.30am with the pickup of its passengers from their respective hotels. Transfer to the dock where we will meet the guide and start the tour. The first stop will be the Uros Islands (3819 m). These islands are known for the skills of its habitants at home and the making of their handcraft goods from totoras reeds. After a brief look around the island we continue the tour in yacht until we arrive to the island of Amantani (two hours in boat). Overnight in a family home with basic facilities. We will visit the main attractions always accompanied by a guide. Finally we will visit a folklore show typical to the island.

Day 15: Amantani Island / Taquile / Puno
After having breakfast with our host family we will continue the tour visiting the island of Taquile (3810 m) which we will be visiting for most of the day getting to know the customs of the habitants. Taquile is known for the warmth of its people and the skills of their weavings, at the same time we will visit the Inca and colonial zone. We will finish our tour and head back to Puno city arriving approx 4.30pm and transferred to our hotels. At night we will attend a leaving dinner show.

Day 16: Juliaca Airport / Lima
After breakfast we will be transferred to Juliaca airport (3826 m) duration 30 minutes to take our flight back to Lima.
