WHITE WATER RAFTING IN THE VILCANOTA RIVER

Itinerary:

Quiquijana - Chuquicahuana

First day: Cusco-Quiquijana-Urcos Lake (Level II III)
Between 9:00 and 9:30am, passengers will be picked-up at the designated sites (travel agency, hotels, etc.). We will drive two hours to Quiquijana on the Vilcanota River. Upon arrival, the guide will give a safety briefing and demonstrate proper use of the rafting equipment, then, we will start the adventure! This section of river is very good for people who do not have much experience rafting. After the adventure on the river, we’ll enjoy lunch at our camp on Urcos Lake. The rest of the afternoon is free for personal activities, campfire, and dinner.

Second day: Urcos Lake-Chiquicahuana-Cusco (Level III IV)
After a delicious breakfast and some warm-up exercises, we prepare to launch our second day of rafting. We’ll start the float in a place known as Chiquicahuana. The tour will be approximately two hours. After enjoying this beautiful adventure on the river, we’ll have lunch. After lunch, we began our journey back to Cusco, arriving at 5.00pm.
